My foremost interest is designing an architecture that inspires people to live life the way they want to.

Master from the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura de Barcelona, U.P.C. I received a grant to study at the École Nationale Supérierure d’Architecture de Paris-La Villette.

My interest in the combination of architecture and art as a tool of innovation led me to study various realms of the world of art. I have studied sculpture and drawing at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona and at the Central St Martins College of Art and Design in London, Media Art at E.M.A. in Girona, on Art Theory of the Institut d’Art de La Sorbonne (Paris-IV) and Music at the Conservatorio Isaac Albéniz in Girona.

I began my career working with Enric Miralles in Barcelona. Participating in projects such as the Santa Caterina Market (Barcelona), the Town Hall of Utrecht (Holland), the Scottish Parliament (Edinburgh) and in many international architecture competitions.

I established my own studio in 2003, concentrating on projects of houses for everyday life as well as on national and international architecture competitions. During this time, I have undertaken research into the areas of ecology, new materials, energy saving, new building processes, and into the concept of space in relation to behaviour in contemporary society. I apply the knowledge gained to projects for private clients as well as architecture competitions such as:
